被照亮的人

For some time, if you ask me what can wake me up immediately?  I think, it must be “nucleic acid test! Hurry up! Go downstairs!”, this magical voice can rise one after another. So that I couldn’t have a good sleep at all! I admit that I complained, but volunteers smiled at me “I hope you could understand us, we just try our best to make sure everyone in our community will not be left.” They look much more tired than me, but the light in their eyeballs was crystal clear. At that moment, I realized that we only lost a bit of sleep, while the volunteers kept busy day and night! So that I am the one whose life is lit up!

如果说一段时间以来，有什么声音能立即将我从睡梦中唤醒？我想，大概是从大喇叭里面反复传出的“快点下楼做核酸！”吧。一轮又一轮的检测，一个又一个黎明，我承认我也抱怨过，但物业和社区的防疫工作者笑着对我说：“还请您理解一下吧！我们是希望尽最大的可能，做到不落一户呀！”志愿者们顶着比我更加疲惫的双眼，他们眼里的光芒却是那么清澈真诚。我这才意识到，对我来说，配合做核酸只是少睡了一小会儿，而对工作者而言却是日日的奔波和夜夜的坚守，我终于明白，原来我是那个享有温暖，被照亮的人。

For some time, if you ask me if there’s any route that can create a great pain to me? I’d definitely say it’s highway-ring of the city. As a new mum, I must take it 4 times a day, travelling between Qujiang and Gaoxin. As a frequent traveler, I always complained to my mother, Yet, my mother said, “In our time, there wasn’t all this luxury! My maternity leave lasted two months only, after that, I cycled a long way between home and company at least 4 times a day to keep you fed. In comparison, isn’t your life much easier? As you can see, the volunteers remain at their position in any condition of weather, just for our safety!” Upon her words, I realized that I am the one who enjoys the flourishing China, whose life is lit up!

如果说一段时间以来，有什么路线能令我一次次的望而却步？我想，那一定是绕城高速吧！作为一位新晋妈妈，我每天要走四趟绕城，奔波于曲江和高新之间，这每每令奔波在路上的我苦不堪言，我承认我经常跟妈妈抱怨，而妈妈却说：“当年哪有现在这么好的条件？那时候的产假只有两个月，上班后为了你不挨饿，妈妈每天骑着自行车从莲湖路到友谊路至少四趟，你看，你是不是幸福多了？况且，工作人员不顾风吹日晒，不分白天黑夜，也依然在保卫着城市的安全啊！”听了妈妈的话，我终于明白，原来我是那个感受着新中国的腾飞，成长在阳光下，生活在幸福里，被照亮的人。

Under the leadership of our Party, thousands of lives are lit up just like mine. Also, thousands of lives join in line to lit up others. In our motherland, there is always somebody who ignores personal benefit to serve others, there are always some collectives who take the duty to pay back the society. Our company Chang'an Huitong, as the only capital operation in our province, is leading a highway for enterprises run by provincial government. Also, with the establishment of Qin Chuang Yuan innovation-driven platform, a great many of innovation companies are lit up.

在党的领导下，像我这样被照亮的个体还有千千万万,也有千千万万的个体加入到照亮他人的行列中，有牺牲自我服务他人的志愿者，也有发挥所长回馈社会的集体——金年会金字招牌诚信，作为全省唯一一家省属国有资本运营公司，照亮了我省国有企业改革发展之路。随着秦创原创新驱动平台的搭建，用多重政策优惠和满心诚意，全力支持科创企业在陕西的发展，照亮了在陕科创企业和广大科技工作者的心。

While time is silent, it answers all questions. Our Party adheres to its tenet of serving the people wholeheartedly, and the people who once starved now live comfortable lives. “No our Party, no new China.”It has never been an empty talk. Years go by without any trace but can witness all the love. As covid raged across the world, our Party took its responsibility at the first time. A great number of relief and medical supplies went to the front line as soon as possible, It is our Party who burn itself to lit up us. Over the century, the Party has lived up to its mission and stayed true to its heart. It brings us hope of a new life and meets our expectation for a better future. I have no regret for being a Chinese in my lifetime.

时间不语，却回答了所有问题。中国共产党秉着全心全意为人民服务的宗旨，使人民生活实现了从最初的食不果腹到如今的安居乐业的飞跃。“没有共产党，就没有新中国”，这从来都不是一句空话。岁月无言，却见证了一片真情。当疫情肆虐全球，党和国家充分发挥了其集中力量办大事的功用。一箱箱救援物资，一批批医疗团队可以如约奔赴抗疫前线，正是无数中国共产党党员用行动践行承诺、用奉献照亮他人的写照。一百年来，中国共产党不辱使命，不忘初心，一次次为我们带来新生活的希望，照亮了我们对未来的期待。“此生不悔入华夏”，不知成了多少人内心的真实写照。

As the wheel of history rolls on, we soon will usher in the Party’s 20th National Congress. However, the start of new journey is undoubtedly full of challenges, not only uncertain covid situation but also turbulent international environment. As Chairman Mao once mentioned, “The river flowing out of Tongguan turns torrential, for Hua Mountain stands in its way. The wind swirling in the Three Gorges howls, for Wu Mountain blocks its way.”  With the spirit of China, I believe that our Party can overcome any difficulties, forged ahead, stay at the front, and pave the way for us. That the land remains beautiful, and the people remains well will not be merely a dream, but a concrete reality.

历史的车轮滚滚向前，我们也终于迎来了党的二十大。疫情形势的暂不明朗和世界格局的激烈动荡，无疑让第二个百年奋斗目标的开局充满了挑战。毛主席曾言：“河出潼关，因有太华抵抗，而水力益增其奔猛。峰回三峡，因有巫山为隔，而风力益增其怒号。”秉承着中华民族的伟大精神，我坚信我们绝不可能被困难打倒，因为有党和国家在前方为我们披荆斩棘，开辟坦途。山河无恙，人间皆安，定不是说说而已的美好愿景，而终将落到实处、掷地有声！

Today, I solemnly declare here, I am grateful for the Party and the nation lighting up all the lives like mine. From now on, I will pass on all my heat to light up more corners. In this wonderful universe, I wish for a peaceful time and a brighter future to which we can all contribute, it just because, you and I, we are the one who’s live is lit up!

党的二十大即将拉开序幕，我在这里庄严承诺：感谢中国共产党和国家让每一个“我”都成为了被照亮的人，从今往后，我将怀抱一颗赤诚之心，让光芒和温暖薪火相传，让家国和世界更多的角落被我们照亮！宇宙山河烂漫，惟愿此后的岁月静好，可以由吾辈携手共创！
