Throughout the human history, 100 years is just a blink of an eye, but for the Communist Party of China and the Chinese nation, this is 100 years of great changes. The Chinese nation has made a great leap from standing up, becoming prosperous and strong, and a bright prospect for realizing the great rejuvenation. Along the way, the Communist Party of China(CPC) has led the Chinese nation in self-reliance and hard work, creating a Chinese miracle that has attracted worldwide attention. These will bring out my theme of the speech，Inheritance.

在人类历史长河中，100年只是弹指一挥间，但对中国共产党和中华民族来讲，这是沧桑巨变的100年。中华民族迎来了从站起来、富起来到强起来的伟大飞跃，迎来了实现伟大复兴的光明前景，一路走来，中国共产党带领中国人民自力更生、艰苦奋斗，创造了举世瞩目的中国奇迹。因此我今日的演讲主题为传承。

Inherit the red gene, be a qualified party member. In the long course of the revolution, reform and construction, our party has cultivated and formed many fine traditions, nurtured and developed the red gene, and become our unique political advantage and precious spiritual wealth. Under the new situation, the increasingly complex social environment requires mission to further expand, and establishes a good image of the party member. More importantly, it is necessary to combine the fine traditions and red genes with ongoing practice of building a strong country. So that, valuable spiritual wealth can be displayed, reveal new era values and provides strong psychic power for building a beautiful new China. 

“传承红色基因，做合格党员”。在长期的革命、改革和建设实践中，我党培育和形成了许多优良传统，孕育和发展了红色基因，成为我们特有的政治优势和宝贵的精神财富。新形势下，社会环境日益复杂、使命任务深入拓展，树立共产党员良好形象，更重要的是把我党的优良传统、红色基因，与正在进行的强国实践相结合，让宝贵精神财富彰显出新的时代价值，为建设美好新中国提供强大的精神力量。

State-owned enterprises were created by the Party. From the reform and opening up to the new era, state-owned enterprises have made outstanding contributions to the development of the Party and the country, and worked hard under the strong leadership of the party. The advanced spirit of state-owned enterprises constantly breeding and condensing is a concentrated embodiment of the original mission and fine style of state-owned enterprises. Also, a powerful spiritual driving force encourage party members, cadres and workers of state-owned enterprises to make progress bravely, rain or shine. As a youth of the new era, it's my honor to become an employee in Qinchuan international financial leasing co., LTD., which founded in 2015. And the company become a wholly owned subsidiary of Chang 'an Huitong co., LTD. in 2021，which is one of the important members of Changan Huitong to boost the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises with financial services. As a member of the General Management Department, I participated in the preparation of large events, assist planning group building activities, bring an easy time during work time, improve work efficiency and enhance the enterprise unity; be as a bridge throughout solving daily administrative work among different departments. I did not participate the hardships and challenges in the early development process of the company, but I will follow the leaders of the group more seriously in the future work, implement the development strategy of the group, remain pragmatic, efficient, responsible and enterprising, and carry forward the spirit of inheritance and hard struggle.

国有企业由党一手缔造。从改革开放到进入新时代，国有企业在党的坚强领导下奋力拼搏,传承的同时为党和国家的发展建立了卓越功勋。国有企业在不断孕育和凝结先进精神，这是初心使命、优良作风的集中体现，是鼓舞国资国企广大党员干部职工风雨无阻、勇毅前行的强大精神动力。我有幸成为一名国企员工，有幸能够作为新时代的青年传承国企精神。我所在的秦川国际融资租赁有限公司，成立于2015年，2021年成为金年会金字招牌诚信的全资子公司，是金年会金字招牌诚信以金融服务助推国资国企改革的重要成员之一。作为公司综合管理部的一员，我曾参与筹备公司大型活动、团建活动等，用最平凡的方式促进团队凝心聚力，为大家繁忙的工作中带来些许轻松的调剂；也一直在通过日常细小和繁复的行政工作，充当各部门衔接的桥梁。虽未能体会公司前期发展过程中的艰辛与挑战，但是在今后的工作中，我会更加认真的跟随集团的领导，贯彻落实集团的发展战略，保持务实、高效、担当和进取，发扬传承艰苦奋斗的精神。

Inherit the great spirit of party building, take history as a mirror, and create the future. Today, our motherland has entered a new historical period, and the obligation of revitalizing China has fallen on the shoulders of the young generation. In the future progress of the country, more attention will be paid to the development of the young generation, and a broader platform will be provided for them. Therefore，we need to establish the concept of life-long learning, constantly improves the self-cultivation and reserve of knowledge, comprehensively improve work efficiency, improve the service level, be the generation which can get a sense of responsibility and bear hardships when facing different challenges.

“传承伟大建党精神，奋力开创未来”。今天，我们的祖国已经进入了一个新的历史时期，我辈青年正在逐步肩负起振兴中华的责任，随着国家的发展，青年也将拥有更广阔的平台。因此我们要树立终身学习的观念，不断提高自己的政治素养与知识储备，全面提高工作效率与服务水平，成为在面对不同困难时，有责任感、能吃苦、能干事的新时代青年。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China will take place this year. As the guardian of the development of state-owned assets security, one of the promoters of state-owned enterprise reform, party members and cadres, especially the young employees must meet the 20th National Congress and carry forward the fine tradition, inheritance red gene, carry forward the spirit of state-owned enterprises. All of us should take the initiative to put the reform and development of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises into the overall situation of the party and national development and high quality economic development of Shaanxi Province, think, grasp and promote, accelerate the red heart to the party, and strive to create new brilliance.

党的二十大将在今年召开，作为国有资产安全的守护者、国企改革发展的推动者之一，国资系统党员干部，尤其是广大青年员工必须将迎接二十大与传承弘扬国资国企优良传统结合起来，传承红色基因、弘扬国企精神，主动把国资国企改革发展放到党和国家发展大局中、放到陕西省经济高质量发展中，去思考、去把握、去推进，红心向党加速跑，奋力开创新辉煌。
